Return Policy
Rinehart Jewelry stands behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase in its original, unused, unaltered condition within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling. If the item is found to be defective, we will replace it. Please note that custom sized rings are not eligible for return. All returns will be processed within seven business days of arrival at our facility.
Returning Your Purchase
Please come in or call us for specific return instructions.
If you will be returning your item by mail the following instructions will apply. Contact us first, 417-667-3539. Package the item securely to avoid damage during shipping. Be sure to include original packaging, any owner's manuals you may have received, and the Merchandise Return form that you printed in Step 1. Do not write the word "jewelry" in the address or mark your package in a way that indicates the value of the contents. Address it to:

Ship your package via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail, insure it for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment arrives at its destination. You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for refund.
Return Conditions
You have 30 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered condition to be accepted for return. Custom sized rings are not eligible for return.
Receiving a Refund
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling. All returns will be processed within seven business days of arrival at our facility.
Exchanges
If the item is found to be defective, we will replace it.
Gift Returns
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.
